Sheri Zillioux – Owner and Weight Loss Coach

After many years of yo-yo dieting on different weight loss plans, Sheri was able to achieve her weight loss goals in only 4 months and has kept it off following the Ideal Protein Protocol. As a result of the successful weight loss, she no longer has high cholesterol, high triglycerides, and is no longer considered pre-diabetic. She can now wear what she wants and not just what fits.

After working 20 years managing physician practices and managing/weight loss coaching at another clinic, she opened Ideal Weight Loss of Buffalo so she can help others lose their weight and keep it off!

The Protocol

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
